Please read these terms carefully before using the MarketConnect B2B platform. They govern your access and use of our wholesale services.

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using MarketConnect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

"We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms."

2Eligibility & Registration

MarketConnect is strictly a B2B (Business to Business) platform. To register, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid business license or tax ID.
  • Provide accurate and verifiable contact information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account details.

3Code of Conduct

Permitted Actions

  • Browsing wholesale catalogs.
  • Placing bulk orders for resale.
  • Communicating professionally with sellers.
  • Leaving honest feedback/reviews.

Prohibited Actions

  • Scraping data or using bots.
  • Circumventing platform fees.
  • Posting false or misleading products.
  • Harassing other users.

4Orders, Payments & Returns

4.1 Pricing

All prices are wholesale (bulk) rates. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

4.2 Payment Terms

We use secure third-party payment processors. Full payment is required upon checkout unless Net-30 terms have been pre-approved.

4.3 Returns

Returns are governed by the individual Wholesaler's policy displayed on the product page. MarketConnect facilitates disputes but does not hold inventory.

!Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETCONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

We provide the platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6Termination & Contact

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
